Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Longevium Clinic mobile application (the "App") provided by Volna LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Longevium Clinic provides wellness and informational content only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks and software in the App are owned by Volna LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volna LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
